Delivery Timing / Return Policy


We deliver within contiguous states of USA. Shipping method can be selected at the time of checkout. Interactive server will calculate your shipping charges depending on destination, weight and shipping method chosen.

Want to know when you can expect delivery of your items? These are the factors to consider: estimated delivery time = order processing time + shipping time. The availability of each item is clearly labeled throughout the site. Many items are labeled "In Stock," which means that your order will generally be processed and ready to ship within 48 hours after being placed. Larger orders may require additional processing time.

The number of days required for delivery depends on the shipping method you select. For example, if you ordered an "In Stock" book and selected Express Shipping, your total delivery time would be 4-6 business days (1 to 2 business day(s) to process, plus 3 to 4 business days of shipping time).

Sometimes an item's stock status may change during order processing. We will notify you of any changes in stock availability by email. We do everything within our ability to work with publishers and vendors to ensure your title is available to ship as stated on


Return Policy guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns within 30 days of order receipt*.

*Items need to be in their original state and not used (as to not lose their resale value)

*We cannot accept returns of product marked "non-returnable".

A return authorization number will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Once your return authorization number is received, you can proceed to ship the item(s) back to us at your expense and in secure packaging. Return address:

We are not responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility and unless it is properly packed. We suggest you save your tracking information so you can follow up with the vendor you shipped with.

Our Returns Department will issue your credit within 48 hours of receipt scan at our warehouse. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


What if the items were damaged during transportation?

Books are delicate and therefore we do our best to package them thoroughly and securely. If for some reason they do get damaged during transportation, please, take a picture of the damages and the outer packaging (shipping box). We will need these pictures sent to us by email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a reference of your order number.

Refund or exchange in such situations will take place after the merchandise is received at our warehouse. You need to notify us of shipping related damages within 7 days since the receipt of the merchandise. Within 48 hours of receiving your claim, we will email you instructions on how to ship the merchandise back to us.

Refund will take place no later than 20 days after receipt of merchandise at the TotPolyglot warehouse.
